Personal Coaching

Elspeth has mission to help people who are not fully accepting of their bodies with transformations into becoming stronger, more resilient and gaining the great body that comes with it. She believes any person can gain strength mentally and physically. Through learning to use your strengths more intuitively to feel alive, secure and confident with accepting your body. You will develop a sense of freedom to pursue activities you feel passionate about doing.

Elspeth only works with a select number of clients at any given time.

In this program you will:
  • Learn to make your physical goals practical and navigable
  • Learn how to feel satisfied with your body in any given moment
  • Identify what motivates you, develop your strengths, overcome barriers and ultimately become
  • stronger throughout the program
  • Feel motivation and driven to exercise
  • Develop an understanding of the your nutritional demands for your lifestyle
  • By the end of the program you will have the motivation to train independently
  • Partake in sport or fitness outside of our training sessions

I nitial tests
  • A postural assessment
  • A body composition analysis

Throughout the program
  • 8 hours of 1-1 personal training time a month in a strength and conditioning gym
  • 1 hour 1-1 of nutritional support a month
  • A periodised plan written with scientific research to perform and develop, taking in any
  • considerations of previous training history, results from postural assessment and muscle fibres

  • Weekly fatigue testing
  • Regular, appropriate performance, fitness testing, where you will expect improvements
  • A nutrition plan targeted towards performance, recovery and readiness to train, designed for
  • your ideal composition and stage of the process
  • I spend an average of an hour planning for your sessions and adapting to ensure they are
  • delivered to give you the best results
  • Have 1-1 dialogue and support to ensure you motivated to achieve your goals and are
  • prepared for your training sessions.
  • A training plan and support to compete in an event such as a running race
