Elspeth has mission to help people with transform to becoming stronger, more resilient and gaining the great body that comes with it. She believes any person can gain strength mentally and physically. Through learning to use your strengths more intuitively you can feel alive, secure and confident with accepting your body at any given moment. You will develop a sense of freedom to pursue activities you feel passionate about doing, whilst tapping into your biggest resource… yourself.

The program is designed for beginners to the gym, athletes and regular gym goes who want to get results through an effective training program whilst feeling motivated from training in a group environment. Everyone can enjoy the benefits from becoming stronger and accepting of their bodies.

In this program you will:
  • Become stronger and more resilient
  • Achieve your ideal body composition
  • Practice and perfect movements required to become stronger
  • Follow a training program designed for you to see results
  • Be part of a community of like minded individuals who have the dedication to get stronger and be passionate about life
  • Develop an understanding of the nutritional demands of your lifestyle, recover effectively and be motivated to train.
  • Learn how to effectively measure your body composition
  • With your newfound strength develop a sense of freedom to do the things you are passionate about doing

  • Minimum 3 month commitment.
​It takes around 3 months for you to adapt to the training and get results. 

Services included:
  • Initial 1-1 goal setting session
  • 8 x 1 hour group training sessions a month in a performance gym
  • Access to the ‘get strong doing it' facebook group
  • Practice correct technique of movements to develop strength, flexibility and power
  • Nutritional guidance suited to your goals and stage of the program
  • Regular performance testing where you will have evidence of your results
  • Monthly results of improvements in your body composition
  • Access to monthly events
  • Maximum group size of 6
  • Free monthly events to passionate about and test your newfound strength

Addition Extras
  • Every 6 months take a 2 week break (uncharged)            
  • Introduce a new member to the group and get a month half price
Coaching Times:

Group 1 - Tuesdays and Fridays @ 8.15am

Group 2 - Mondays and Thursdays @ 6.00pm

TBC - Mondays And Thursdays @ 9:30am
